In my experience, after having to force feed yourself all that Go-Lytely swill, the procedure itself is a cakewalk.

I was lucky enough to have three the first half of the year. 2020 definitely has not been a treat. Fortunately the results were good (sigh of relief) & I got my first tattoo out of the deal!

To be honest, the prep & procedure is not that bad.

I hear the flatulence afterward makes up for it all.

I do the poop smear test instead. Not as good but I do it yearly. The trade off is the 2 people I know that had serious damage done doing that stupid test.

I woke up during mine - never going to have another.

I've had it done twice. In 1998 & 2018, they never found anything either time.
I won't do it again unless I do not have a say in the matter.
