Everyone plays music in the Philippines. I may have posted this years ago but this is a blind man and his small child playing the street for pesos back in 2017. I just had a SLR camera recording so the sound is nothing special at all.

A really close friend of mine and off and on bandmate over the years is on the verge of retiring to the Philippines. For years he has gone there for month +/- long visits and has an apartment there. He said the music scene is incredible. He in set on being an ex-pat there for the remainder of his days.
