Did they explain what the logic was for getting so incensed over this?BatUtilityBelt wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 3:20 pm Wow. On another forum, there are several Reverb sellers mad that I bought the UV flashlight to expose the repair. One reacted pretty violently as if I was the bad guy invading seller's privacy or something like that. I'm finding this fascinating, but in a bad way now.

No. I just got a sense there were a lot of Reverb sellers there who were ready to pounce because Reverb does tend to side more with the buyer than the seller over issues. I haven't sold on Reverb, only bought, so I can't speak to the accuracy of that perception, but I've heard it a lot. I'd have been more understanding of that, but some of them ignored the photographic evidence and seemed to just want to rant. Volatile world we live in. The good news is that today Reverb started my refund transaction, so I'm fine. They didn't say whether they'd retry sending the guitar back to the seller or do anything else.tobijohn wrote: ↑Fri Jul 19, 2024 6:33 pmDid they explain what the logic was for getting so incensed over this?BatUtilityBelt wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2024 3:20 pm Wow.
