Duelling truss rods

I've been into Jaguar-ish lefties lately and today that took me to looking at a PureSalem J. Doe. I had to have a good laugh when I was reading the specs. It sounds like the neck maybe fights truss rod adjustments...

Seems I have heard of necks that have two rods but I could be mistaken.
