When I see something like this, my mind goes places. Somehow I hear this as "Your package was involved in a street fight, but FedEx has patched it up and determined it's still worth delivering, if only barely." Anyone else?

Related shipping woes, American Standard was nice enough to send me a replacement toilet bowl as the one I have started to get finish cracks. Sadly, the new one arrived in about 400 pieces. No 'fragile', 'heavy', this side up' stickers on the outside box.
