Anyone have any good experiences with any office/studio chairs? Not looking for a gaming chair or anything like that. Looking for something with lower back support and the ability to raise the arm rests for proper playing.

there seems to be a selection of drum thrones with backrest on amazon.
No arms at all, though.

"The man that hath no music in himself, nor is not moved with concord of sweet sounds, is fit for treasons, stratagems, and spoils. The motions of his spirit are dull as night, and his affections dark as Erebus. Let no such man be trusted."
I got two gaming chairs from Staples for my son and I, and they have arms that rotate out of the way. They're not perfect, but at least I can sit down and play guitar without ever hitting the arms. And if I want the arms down for other stuff, just rotate them down. I looked all over for the brand, but I can't find it anywhere. They were on sale during a Black Friday event, so it could have been a one off sale.
You may need to go look at some chairs and gaming chairs and see if the ones that have rotating arms will work for you.

Two years ago, I bought my wife a Shaquille O'Neal office chair and it is the best chair, bar none. Comfortable and durable. Very expensive.
I plan on getting one of my own when I sell off some unused music equipment.
