Spouse had a problem middle toe and surgery is the usual treatment.
Good surgeon nearby, no problem.
Saw the surgeon twice, said it was a matter of a week, not a big deal.
Well, came home with the shoe and a sticking pin that has to be kept for a month, elevated for 16 hours, etc.
Pro Tips:
- ask for the actual procedure name beforehand, get home and study on it.
- ask for details about time, requirements, equipment.
