I keep getting PMs getting stuck in my outbox after I hit submit. Sometimes I have to his submit twice.
Any theories what I am doing wrong? How to remedy?
@LightWingStudios ?
Why won't my PMs 'send?

PM's sit in the Outbox until the person they are addressed to reads them then they move to the sent folder.
Maybe you could phone them and tell them to hurry up and read their PM's???

and I've had a PM sit for months! before being read and then responded to. I think differnt themes, interfaces and browsers, notifications and settings and peoples way of doing things affect whether PM's are even known by receiver.
@mickey is correct.

Actually, I think it is supposed to be a "feature" as how else would you know whether it had been read?
This way you know even if they never respond.
I replied to a PM from @stevebway on Oct 14, 2020 and he has yet to read my reply.

I thought it was like Outlook or Gmail, where it goes to 'sent' immediately unless you have a problem.
User stupidly has the wrong expectations! Doh!
I appreciate the info!
