The first left-handed U.S. President was James Garfield and the most recent left-handed President was Barack Obama. Between the two, there was also Herbert Hoover, Harry Truman, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton.
BTW, I accidentally stumbled over the fact that one of @mickey 's all-time favorite performers is a lefty. He doesn't play a guitar often but when he does Iggy Pop does it left-handed (scroll forward to around 14:30):
