Just got this in one of my online accounts. Copied and pasted with some info altered. Wish there was some way to destroy the equipment of scumbags like this.
Hello javathahutt155@yahoo . com
Bad news, there was a problem processing your prime subscription payment.
What we'll do is keep your subscription fully available for the next 2 days.
If after 2 days we still can't process your payment, then your prime subscription will be deactivated until further payment is received.
We'll try to process payment again next day, just to be sure.
But, to ensure that you can continue to benefit from your service, 100% uninterrupted, please click on button below and update your payment info.
Thank you!
Update my payment information (There was a button here designed to take you to a malware site to get your amazon login info)
Best regards,

Phishing Email BOLO For Dumb Stuff Like This
Stuff like that gets automagically moved to my spam folder.
Occasionally I read a few, had one today from an IP in Tennessee trying to sell me seafood.
I guess they didn't know I live about 12 miles from the coast?

I got almost that same email this week...but it said problem in processing your netflix payment. If you hover your cursor over any button or link you can easily see what clearly is a link to somewhere other than an authorized vendor.

My online email always shows the actual email address up top of their message. It was just a whacked combination of letters and then buasketball. com or something similarly idiotic at the end.Tonray's Ghost wrote: ↑Fri Sep 25, 2020 9:23 pm I got almost that same email this week...but it said problem in processing your netflix payment. I also don't know what is Fecebook, Twatter, Spotty-Fi, GoFundYourself, Instaspy and so forth. Never had an account. Haven't had TV in about 10 years. Am I paranoid? Nope, I'm pretty boring and don't have anything to hide, I just don't care to be their data point. I haven't purchased music in about 20 years and I don't buy anything that is advertised at me (like on Yootube).
