Head to Sweetwater of course. Talked to my sales engineer about live sound equipment, listening to all kinds of different types of setups.

I was well behaved and only came home with 2 guitar cables.

I 've suggested one improvement for Sweetwater,
and I think they listened,

more taffy, less red-hot fireballs.

I like neither taffy nor red hot fire balls. I say more sweet tarts!

So I am a bit of a Bose fan boy but the act that went on before us a few Fridays ago was playing out of a set of Electro Voice Evo 50s. They sounded great and were loud at 1000 W each. My L1 Compact system handles small indoor gigs perfectly but the Evo 50 would do a much better job outdoors and at larger venues. Most likely will be my next large purchase.

I got to spent 350 yesterday. On a broken pipe in my rental. I just sit there watching money tick. A nice used sx. A new sx. A squier. A used agile. Done. Thank God. I dont feel so bad as I though it was a slab leak. Or as my brain thinks, new lp standard.
I did get a few free kio to repopulate my pond. Traded for a few waterlillies.
And I like all that candy :)

I feel your pain. Had to replace a dishwasher in one of my rentals in August. I guess that’s the price you pay for being a landlord.

I like all the candy except the taffy.

Oh, while plumber was working I was working on the dishwasher for the 3rd time. So far I'm $150 on parts into it and I still cant figure why it wont pump out the water. So next I either buy a new $300 washer or pay someone 150 to fix it

Me too! I told my wife I wanted to apply there but she pointed out that we can’t pay bills if I’m working for store credit! Lol.

Nooooo! More fireballs! My wife and I split the candy, which works out pretty well, as there are few things that both of us really love, and only a few things that neither of us have much taste for.

Speaking of my wife and this thread, "what I do with a Friday off" is usually, "Go do handyman stuff at my wife's shop." :P

If I had a Friday off I'd probably get some sleep.
