The cab isn't amazing but it costs less to buy the set than the MV50 is going to cost used.
I like this short demo comparing it to a Two Rock that costs $4K.
This demo is really long:

Yeah they're clearing them out here in Bangkok too. I think pricewise some good deals.

Just received it. It's better than something like a Blues jr or pro Jr., even with the budget 8" speaker. It does start to have some light breakup with my tele (which has a Fralin Split 43 bridge and a Dimarzio EJ neck), but not much. With my 12" cabs which have a Neo Jensen and a EVM12 Black Label, it sounds even better.

I've had mine quite a long while now (since 2018). Hard to believe the price has dropped so much since new, buit then I realize it has been 6 years since they came out. I think the MV50 Rock was like $119 and my cab was $80 and both were significantly marked down (-$80 on the amp, 20% off on the cab). When you consider the inflation since that time, this is a crazy good deal.

Just sold the BC108 (cab) and bought a second one from Vox. I'm not going to say it's the best amp ever; it's just that everything I've tried that is equal or better is considerably more expensive. I'll likely try to set the speaker again after getting this one.
