Help needed with Fender Fuse Software

I have the software on an old mac mini and want to put it on my new mac mini. I've tried copying the files from the old to an external hard drive, connected it to the new mac but I can't get it to work. I've tried downloading the software from Shane's website (Intheblues) and still no. The computer tells it can't open it because the software is from an unidentified developer, I then tell the mac to open it anyway and it downloads mono network but once that happens - I get nothing.

I'm sure I'm missing something - not the most computer savvy but I can get by. Any thoughts on how to proceed? Is this a sign to replace the little mustang? (LOL). Thanks all!

I can't use my Fuse on my SCX2, I broke the USB off of its PCB. I tried resoldering it, but seem to have failed. I bought a remote jack that can be installed on the chassis and just wired to the PCB, but I need to get a new tip for my soldering iron or I need to grind the one I have to a needle point to get at the tiny pads on the PCB.

I wish Fender would sell just the USV PCB since it just plugs into the main board.

Not sure if this might help. I admit I didn´t read it completely, but maybe you can tell if the situation is similar to yours.

Naive question: your mini mac accepts 32 bit software? This is from the article below:

"The bad news is that current Macs ship with macOS 10.15.x, "Catalina", and it does not support 32-bit apps. Apple had been telling developers about this for 10 years, so it’s deemed to be their fault if their apps stop working on new systems.

Fender FUSE™ is one of the 32-bit apps, and for sure it ain't being updated".

Thank you I think this was my problem. I pulled out an old macbook and I was successfully able to get the software to download. It looks like the old Mustang I is here to stay for a while LOL. Actually it's a pretty neat little amp. My next step is to figure out how to install a switchable jack to connect it to a cab and bypass the internal speaker.

There are several videos and How to´s about it on the internet. You´ll have no problems.
