While cleaning my office up and rearranging my area I accidentally hit my USB cable I had connected to the Fender SCX2 head and the dang jack popped off the PCB in what I have found is a somewhat common occurrence with these amps.
Now I need to see if I can get the dang chassis out without wrecking anything to replace the SMD USB Jack (wish i could make a remote mounted setup that I could wire a remote mounted jack that is a bit more robust.
Would have been a lot nicer if Fender had made it easier to remove the PCB from the looks of it. There is a lot of crap to deal with just to get the PCB free and the. I need to hope it didn't damage the pads of the smaller PCB that is the interface with the main PCB.
If not, I better hope I like the settings I had last or I need to do a factory reset (if i don't...)
Unless Fender sells replacement parts and I can find the right info.

Yup. Surface mounted jacks are just a pain, whether USB, phone, whatever. I cracked an aux-in jack the same way and it broke the board instead of just the solder points. Luckily, all that broke was the aux-in, and the rest of the amp still works. I'd give extra points to any manufacturer that didn't use surface mount jacks for that reason.
I’m pretty sure this is what happened to my HeadRush Gigboard modeler (twice) as well - though I don’t remember any specific impact event.
