Perhaps with the OM-20 you get decent tuners. I replaced those cheapassed things! They were awful!

I've only had the chance to play 2 Eastman's while shopping for my "expensive super a acoustic " the 1st was a plainjane dread. I wasn't looking for a dread but it played beautifully and like a canon went off in the room. While still looking a year later I ran into a very pretty cutaway ae. Still a dread but for the price there was no comp so i bought it. So the 2nd one I played I bought. I still want a small body cutaway. I'm going to go play it now

I think of Eastman as a Martin for 1/4 the price!
They are nice! :)

What finish on this? Lots are nitro and I think some still use varnish? Is that the one that's crushed bugs or something?

I had a Eastman semi-hollow. It was a nice guitar and well made.
