I've been sitting on this email for a week, so it's of no use now. It sold. But owning the Squier version I gotta imagine the Guild, especially with those pickups, is something. Even with a refin. My Squiers finish has what would be the original dark burgundy mist.

This is the predecessor to the Kim Thayil model, which is a well deserved sig imo.

I'm still tracking what's out there but have kind of been off the boil for a while. I've probably bought less than a dozen in the last couple years or so (the most recent was an Agile CSBF AS-1000 a couple months ago). Honesty though, there really hasn't been much that has blown my skirt up.
