I see nothing wrong with that color or flame.

edit: I now see the fade to natural. Thought it was just lighting glare at first.
I dont like it now.

Those are great guitars. But that finish is not for me...

I'm pretty traditional when it comes to guitar finishes so I'd pass on that. Having said that, my entire wardrobe is largely earth tones and I think every car I've ever purchased has been gray or silver so take my advice with several grains of salt.

In high school I had a Guess acid washed denim jacket that looked just like that.

Depending on price, availability and options if I were smoking in that ball park it would certainly be in consideration.

Finish is fraught with indecision...

Yup, that's what it reminds me of. It looks well done, but I vote nay.

Yeah...without that top amber portion it would be a go for me...

Aye, if it gets your rocks off.

I can say I recently bought an AS73 in an antique amber finish. No matter on the finish, the thing plays great!

Antique amber would be a win but I've only seen this burst, another ugly blue burst and a violin burst here in Thailand.. none really floats my long tail boat.

Nay! That is among the worst looking finishes I have ever seen.

Actually i noticed today there is a flat satin black AS73 available here. Not crazy about the gold hardware but since it's going on the living room alcove wall why not a 'littel' bling bling ?

My really my cup of tea, but it is cool for what it is. I do appreciate unconventional finishes. This finish reminds me of a tie-dye clad Phish style jam band.

I have had several Artcore AS guitars. Two 73's, one 83 and a 93. All great guitars in my opinion. This is my amber. Love that color.
