Wow, that is slick. I've never found an SG style I bonded with, or a LP DC that I liked. I liked they way they look, but every single one was dive-y. That's a no-go for me, unfortunately.

That one is hawt, though.

My old Agile Valkyrie was not neck dive-y at all, but it was surprisingly heavy for an SG, like a pound plus heavier than my SGJ.

My SGJ is perfectly balanced and lightweight, not sure how, must be the Gibson magic... It has the chunkier 50s neck carve with a thinner than normal body too so it should be even worse than normal.

I sold my Gibson SG Jr. late last year because I saw some people selling them for significantly more than they sold for as new old stock from CME.

Maybe once I see some reviews and get over the deluge of new guitars I've bought the past 2 months, I will check one of these out.

I like how Harley Benton found a way to modify the SG body shape in such a way that doesn't make me queasy when I look at it.

Well, I got bored last week after not having a guitar around while I vacation and ordered it. Arrived today. No neck dive with a Well Hung strap, can't say what a cheapo nylon strap would do.

The neck is chunky kinda 50s carve much like my EX-84. These are Agile killers. The SG Jr. shape is textbook SG at the bottom, with a little offset of the top horn that still looks excellent, reminds me a good bit of my SG Special 70s Tribute in the way the horns are wide and flat at the end. Body is also full thickness for an SG unlike my SGJ. I also like how they did the knobs how a SG Jr. should be.

Bridge is kind of ugly and cheap looking in comparison with rest of the guitar, thinking I may install the bridge from my AD-201 that is a bit cleaner looking and I'll use some locking studs since the bridge is riding a bit high on the ass end.

Tuners are lightweight Wilkinson Kluson Deluxe style. They feel very positive and surprisingly accurate.

I'll have to hold judgement on the pickup, but at low volume through my VJr. it sounded like it will be more than acceptable.

That looks like legit Pelham Blue... Harley Benton's attempts at classic paint colors can sometimes be a bit off.

Is that a Badass style bridge on there? I've heard that you can't get low action with the original.

There is still room to go, action is a little high out of the box, but I should have space since this seems to have a proper neck angle for this style bridge. I can probably lay the strings right on the 21st fret if I wanted.

I have a true Badass bridge which is considerably thinner than the Chinese ripoffs, but I am going to install my Faber fixed intonation bridge on this since I like this better than my AD201 already.

The Roswell P90 is really good. Easily as good as their Filtertron style in my H-B Cabronita. The move to Indonesia by H-B has really paid off IMO. This stuff they are turning out now is a steal compared to SX and ever more so vs. my similar style Agiles.

Yeah, that looks like you've got plenty of travel...

I've heard a lot of glowing reviews about Roswell pickups. The ones in the HB Jazz Bass that I bought sound unbelievably good. They might be the next "big thing" in the import pickup world.
