I really like EMG pickups for jazz even though many people associate them with hard rock. They seem to give a really nice clear tone for that type of music. What do you think?

Excellent playing as always and that guitar is smoking!

The EMG 60 Neck pickup has a fantastic Jazz tone when played clean. I'm guessing that's the 60?

Great playing as usual. You must have quite an electric guitar collection.

The dynamics you have are so wide its hard to sneak listening to you at work. :) Amazing touch and playing. I'd say the tone is very good for your style. Its funny how you are sneaking slowly away from traditional jazz guitars a little at a time I say you just go for it and get one of these. :)

Yep. Those pickups sound great for jazz.
Then again, I'm pretty sure you could play a toilet plunger and make it sound great.

Actually this guitar has an 85 in the neck. I’m not to familiar with the EMG 60. That must be an updated version of the 85?

Yeah I love this guitar! As far as I know, Washburn has discontinued this particular model which is unfortunate. I heard a rumor that they will be rebooting their Parallaxe guitar lineup sometime this year which I am pretty excited about!
