Welcome to the forum!
Ibanez makes great guitars & I personally love red semi-hollows! Congrats!
Artstar AS50 1991 ibanez
Congrats, HNGD!.
I'm no expert but that in very good to excellent / minty condition with a case -hard case not bag? Plus a strap and a set of strings...
Thats @ $338 USD - seems like at least fair deal, if not better to me.
I have a 2006 AS73. I love this guitar overall.
I have been switching magnets, switching pickups, but overall the guitar plays very well.
The hardware, electronics, and tuners, etc. at least "good enough", and I have no plans to upgrade.
I might end up with a Kluson / clone vintage style green-tulip key set of tuners just cause I dig them.

I was banned from the forum for no reason. I'm publishing the message I posted again. Good morning I bought my second electric guitar (in this case semi-acoustic) an Ibanez as50 from 91 paid only 300 euros with tuner case, string set and shoulder strap. Among other things, it does not have a scratch.
Sounds better to me than the new AS73s.
I tried them both in the shop.
Do you think it's a good buy?
With that budget I could only take one Harley Benton ..

Well this is mighty strange. No original post visible, you say you were banned, and now back with this beautiful 91 Ibby. Nice guitar at a nice price.
I will say however, that you could have bought two Bentons for 300 euros.

It looks to be in very good condition. You can use the info on this website to decode the serial number and tell which factory it was made at in South Korea.febiuzz wrote: ↑Sat Jun 27, 2020 2:12 pmTwo Benton ok, but this Guitar Is Better at good price.toomanycats wrote:Well this is mighty strange. I'd say mid level. Premium Ibanez then as now are made in Japan. It's a beautiful guitar nonetheless. Some very good guitars were made in Korea in the early 90s.febiuzz wrote: ↑Sat Jun 27, 2020 3:03 pmIt's in very good conditiontoomanycats wrote:It looks to be in very good condition. Very possible if it was the day we were getting clobbered from the EU by dozens of spammers selling "cheap organic cialis"
could have easily happened by accident. Sorry 'bout that.
