Found it in a quick Google search, it's "Kacceer". There's one for sale on OfferUp for like $45 or so...some other Google images show it to be the kinda thing you get in a starter pack with a little 5 watt amp so it's really not something I'd bother with unless it's DIRT cheap and you're looking for a beater.
Thanks...the seller send me a photo of the back. Looks to actually be a brand called Kaiteer. Originally sold for like $75 on Amazon and the like. Hard pass. Ah. Now that we know the brand, it was easy to google up this guy saying new it might have been $59 on Amazon. Wow.
