Re: Swapping Magnets

I just tried it for the first time a little while back myself. It's really not too difficult - honestly the hardest part was that the pickup was heavily wax-potted and I had to get a ton of wax out before the old magnet would move. Was I happy with the result? Yes, but something to keep in mind is t...

Re: Sale feeler: LP-2500 in blue quilt

If the only criteria for selling a guitar is not getting played, I'd have at least 200 for sale. Gorgeous guitar though. I 've got a lefty of one of those in CSBF, build quality is as good as any other Agile from then to the present... If I had 200 guitars, I would be homeless. Not because of the m...

Re: Current band obsession: Flying Colors

Sale feeler: LP-2500 in blue quilt

I've had this for about 5 years, and it's just not getting the playing time it deserves and there is no point to it sitting here not getting played, so I thought I'd put it on the market. It's (I believe) an LP-2500 from about 2003. It's in excellent condition - I would call it "like new" ...

Re: No love for the bottom?

I've actually been playing more bass than guitar these days - I got a bass because I wanted to be able to make better demos, then I figured I should actually take some lessons so I could do it right, then I got a better bass, now I need a better amp...!
