Re: Whats your' latest gear acquisition?
Unknown.jpg bought 3 of these Allparts LRO 7.25, tall frets, necks. Just arrived. How is that 7.25 radii? I don't think i ever played one. Okay, I got one bolted on with tuners and nut, and set up, minus the pickups, and have been playing it for over an hour, I have it set up to 5/64ths across all ...

Sport Shovelling, mostly. Good shovelling technique needs to be kept well honed. Use it or lose it. There's pit and trench categories I'm most interested in. I've learned from the best. Took a class with Doug Trencherson. Now I can dig a straight line trench, or go straight down. images.jpg Here's D...

Unknown.jpg bought 3 of these Allparts LRO 7.25, tall frets, necks. Just arrived. How is that 7.25 radii? I don't think i ever played one. Today (my saturday) I can assemble one or two new setups and finally give the 7.25 a new whirl. I dont anticipate any surprises as I loved the 7.25 feel on my s...

Re: Whats your' latest gear acquisition?
that HB looks bitchin' love that Wilkinson trem. I have one on a Strat. https://i.imgur.com/NfKXfWF.jpg So thats a 5+1 wilk trem? I think so, as I was looking at those a week ago, but it didnt look that stout. Maybe it did. Do they have different models of the 5+1? I may like the 54mm spacing if 56...

Re: Whats your' latest gear acquisition?
The alder body from a few posts up, turns out to be very nice, with good tap tones and very tight tolerances for the new neck into its neck pocket. The outfit is called Woodtech from Ohio, and on reverb. I'm going to just put 2 or 3 birchwood-cassey tru-oil coats on it and leave it fairly raw. Same ...

Re: How about SX GG7/EG7's ??
I saw reference to it as "Hadean/Omega", then the Hadean dropped out, in an old forum thread about them being new and looking cool.
I now see the old rondo links of Hadean EG532.

Bugera T5 Infinium,.....5/1/.1 watt switchable, 1 x 12AX7 and 1 x EL84 . Can sound very good, shapeable with tube swaps. It is small, has a gain knob, not bad w/ light gain, IMO. Has a reverb knob, just fine. Has a phone jack. https://www.bugera-amps.com/Categories/Bugera/Guitar/Head-Amplifiers/T5-I...
