Re: What is this?
Saw this in a YouTube video. What is it? https://i.ibb.co/vLkbMGp/Screenshot-20201213-072545.png Looks like a smallish plastic acoustic guitar-like thingy with a sound hole in a different place? @toomanycats said spinning thing, nothing spins when I click on the pic. What the what? It's gone now. I...

Re: Premier Guitar Mystery Stocking 2020
Like the old Deep Purple song says, “It’s not the kill, it’s the thrill of the chase.” Wasn't that song about someone getting screwed in the end? Great riff. I was playing what I can remember of it a few nights ago...... "It's not against the law" (well, some places) ....

Re: NGD! Well I went down to the Crossroads....
Congrats on a Lifetime Guitar grab! Very very nice. I wonder why they waited so long? And I STILL love Crossroads, just a super movie I can watch almost anytime. I walked out of that movie changed as well - I knew I had to have Jami Gertz. 34 years later I am still waiting. Body, paint and hea...

@fullonshred I'm like you I just wanted to check it out I feel I do a good set-up I cover everything that's adjustable or "sandable" I don't think that's a real word but I'm good with sandpaper. I have a lot of repeat customers and referrals so I know they've been happy The best out of th...

Re: ANYBODY BEEN PLEK'D
I've had many guitars PLEK'd, and I mean both before and after I took possession of them. I've stood and watched the machine doing it. Assuming the procedure is done by a competent operator, as mine were, and set up well afterwords, as mine also were, the guitar will play as good as it possibly can...

Gary Hoey (Ho Ho Hoey) would be proud of you. I mean that as a high complement. He did an entire Christmas Rock/Metal album called Ho Ho Hoey, for any who might not know.
Great Job and thanks for the share.

Prayers and positive vibes coming for you and those you love. If you don't have one already I hope you can get an Albuterol Inhaler. It helped me a lot when my breathing was affected by whatever I had back in early March of this year. I could get what felt like plenty of air in and out of my lungs, ...

love the CAPS on the Rock Star Giant Belt Buckle   Thanks. I try to incorporate a little humor into my posts when I can. I am glad you liked it. :D To be fair, the guy who owned the LP new and put the buckle marks in it was a (Local) Rock Star. He was my first guitar teacher, and to this ...

Re: SC or DC
I've just sort of wandered into the conclusion that generally a double cut is superior to a single cut. As I play more at the upper frets I'm finding the sc design to be fairly limiting. Pretty ridiculous that as I get up towards 15 I have to move my thump to the underside of the neck. I suppose fo...

Funny stuff. Maybe she meant your guitar wizardry.
You know your beard is really long when it keeps getting stuck in your belt buckle.
or- when you keep stepping on it.

Re: This Thing is an Agile Killer
I can see how the pointyness, bling, and metal image of most Schecters could be turn off for people with tastes that are more traditional. But all Schecters aren't like that. In fact, the first time I ever saw a Schecter was Pete Townsend playing a Tele copy in the video for "Eminence Front.&q...
