I have a six-string Brice, made in Korea. Same place as my Agile AL2000. Douglas instruments were made by the same company, Saein Music Company, but in their Chinese factory.

I had a MG30RCD, about the same thing. No enough gain for my taste, but I miss its real spring reverb.

Hi, Having 3 guitars made by Saein (A 6 strings Brice bass, a Douglas Si-13 and an Agile AL-2000), I was surprised to find out that the plant shut down a few years ago. Un-sung also disappeared. I was really surprised because they also had factories in China. Looks like a big chunk of Korea's guitar...

I have the first generation of the Vox Mini3 for this purpose. Sounds pretty good for its size and has a headphone output. It has enough effects to cover all styles. G2 has more bass and probably sound a little bit better, but I never tested it.
