I use the cheap $1ish ea hangers and no problems in 2ish years. I have a large pine board I screw into the studs then I hang the hangers on that board every 14-16".

I've never tried the horizontal hangers though but may one day for a space above my staircase.

Picked this up from proaudiostar for 190ish a few months ago. No mods done except I swapped out the stock box switch to a US style. I went with black but i may swap it to chrome. Dadgad ready.
