Thanks for the post! Now I know why my son is wearing a mask, hes all been about how covid is no worse than the flu but now he wears a mask all the time. He does a lot of work for Maynard here in Verde Valley. I hope Maynard recovers ok.

They seem to work fine, I do a little gaming and they seem to work fine for that which is probably the most stress you can put a monitor to. I find them pretty cheap at Wally.

Re: OK...So Someone FINALLY Said It!

Fast works for me only if it makes music, all to often it just sounds like someone playing a scale as fast as they possibly can just because they can. I need a song to take me somewhere it can be fast or slow as long as it picks me up and takes me there. I think I should add that the music that work...

Holy crap. And right next to the ocean? You'd think at least bury it out in the desert. I'll bet they used some serious shit in aerospace in the 50s with no thought s of what to do with it after. Yeah dude its been kept a big secret I'm sure but the area directly east of Seaworld SD is toxic as hel...

Re: Best time to sell music equipment?

Local powerhouse employers are interesting. Reminded me of a story I heard about that happened when my dad was a kid then later worked for the compny. Rohr industries grew the town from 4k to 30k and the city council was getting a little uppity with the company founder. To show the impact of Rohr i...

Re: The Grand Marquis of my dreams..

I thought that the Lincoln used the Jag V8...oh well, 6 of one, half a dozen of the other. @PoodlesAgain, did you buy the Grand Marquis? I stand corrected again, Ford motor company owned jag at the time the Lincoln LS was produced, I thought the jag actually had a ford engine but its the other way ...

And yep, she goes. :D
I stand corrected, I have a girl friend who owns a Lincoln LS with this engine, I love driving it and the mpg amazes me for a V8.

Instead I'll sell you my Jag.
I don't need it, it's low mileage & has never been a money pit
plus it will get better mileage than the Marquis. :D
Does that have the ford V8 in it? Its a great engine lots of throaty v8 zoom going on and yet they were pretty good on gas.

Re: Best time to sell music equipment?

Great topic! I think the current conditions may have disrupted the "fall effect" (or whatever "effect" may have existed). But by the same token the local pawn shop was cleaned out of all but the junkiest guitars, basses and amps. And I am noticing that certain cheap Squiers that...

I have never purchased or leased a new car, I just have a thing about losing a ton of cash as I drive off the lot. I always look for a good used car or truck and sometimes they have been almost new but I paid al ot less than from the dealer. I do almost all of my own repairs and maintenace except fo...

Re: Used car shopping gets you down....

Yes a Turbo gives your car or truck a boost but its just one more thing to break down and expensive to repair. Instead of giving you a v8 manufacturers may give you a turbo v6 or four cylinder engine using a turbo to boost its performance up up or above that of a v8 however its also pushing these en...

Coming to this tread late I would say that if its within the same state its a private transaction and should be fine. However you need to be sure its a legal gun and not stolen.

Congrats nice find! You can update it to V3 with a little reading on there site and a small download. As always with firmware updates do it exactly the way they say or risk a dead amp. I did it and it worked out fine but the fact is V1 is just fine as, you just gain a few effects with the update. I ...
